14hh Bay Gelding - 4 yrs old
Smokey has the potential to go a long way with the right person.
Smokey was driven with his previous owners.
This pony has been ridden by novice to experienced riders.
Athough he is still green he is very honest, trust worthy and genuine pony.
He has been clipped and just stood there good as gold with a hay net whilst there were people messing around him, he also had his feet trimmed and was good with farrier.
When he was first taken to the farm ride he was the best behaved there out of them all and he jumped all we put him at (roll tops, tyres, logs, brush tops, tiger traps, steps, ditch etc.) he even went straight into the water with no problems.
When he was hacked out he was put at the front and he was a little angel as well as being at the back in a big group of horses, on the hack he met bunches of bike riders, tractors, tanks, trailers, horse boxes, motorbikes, diggers and the usual cars and vans.
He is easy to handle on the ground doesn’t pull on the rope and doesn’t rush to go out, he has been put out with different horses and has got on with them all.
Easy to catch, shoe, clip, load etc.
This loving pony deserves a good home with lots of love and attention as he loves people.

Tweedle Dee is a fantastic family pony. He adores people and loves work. He is stunning with a nature to die for. He really is a perfect pony in every way.
He is great on or off the lead rein. He has beautiful paces and a lovely head carriage. He is only in a rubber snaffle and is never strong. He is willing and loves work and does everything asked of him. Lovely jump and aims to please. Works well over poles and grids and is nice and smooth to jump around a course. Great cross country and in open fields. Will go through water, over ditches and fillers etc. Lovely smooth paces. Sensible but at the same time easy to ride and responsive to aids. Doesnt spook. Quite happy to go in front or behind.
He has no vices and never does anything naughty. He never bucks or rears or anything like that. Great to hack out, alone or in company. Easy to catch and always trots over to you. Meet Marmalade
Marmalade is a beautiful 13.2hh palomino Haflinger x Section D mare, she is four years old and has recently started her training as a riding pony. So far Marmalade has been lunged, long reined, hacked around the country lanes in walk and trot by children on the lead rein and all by herself in the lead with a willing small adult! Whilst she has been exploring the world she has met cars, vans, galloping cows, dogs, sheep, bikes etc etc and has taken it all in her stride, nothing seems to faze her.
Marmalade also enjoys loose jumping and trotting over poles, as seen from the picture. She is currently being ridden in a bitless bridle as she has had a very large wolf tooth removed last week and the vet advised she have 3 weeks without a bit in her mouth so as not to cause any problems with her mouth in the future. Her bridle is basically a headcollar with reins on the side, she is very relaxed and responsive in this..
She is handled by children, caught and groomed and tacked up and has had a few baths whilst she has been with us, she has been good throughout. She recently attended her first ridign club show, being shown by a 12 year old girl who only started riding last year, again proving what a superb little character she is.
Now we have got to know Marmalade and she has made such a promising start to her career we are looking for a fantastic homer for her to continue her education in. Ideally suited as a 2nd pony for a competent child or small adult to introduce her to the world of schooling and jumping, which I am sure she will take to as quickly and easily as she has to everything else we have introduced her to.
She is good to catch (comes nosying over to meet you), is good to load, stable, rug, groom and tack up and is currently unshod as she has good strong feet so is not foot sore..
Although she is very brave and sensible she is only 4 years old and so inevitably there will situations that she has not yet experienced. Therefore we are looking for an experienced new family for her to have lots of fun with. A good home is essential for this lovely little lady, she is a real pleasure to work with.

Very sweet and affectionate pony, who loves attention and always greets you with a whinney. Has been carefully and lightly broken to ride and ideal for LR/FR riders because of his quiet and obedient nature or for a more competent rider to educate further for next year.
Good in traffic (alone or in company). Lunges and long reins and had full driving harness on, very obedient to voice commands, bold and confident.
Has popped over jumps on the lunge showing a good technique over a fence, a possible WH pony as bold and confident. Goes in and out of cones/barrels, over poles. Fantastic with children, perfect at shows as can be happily tied up munching a net, and doesnt get hot or silly. Has been shown in-hand last few years locally,at various venues behaving the same whether its indoor or outdoor, showing lovely expressive paces, and behaves like an old pro.
