Adverts will appear on Derby House EquineXchange normally within 24 hours of processing payment. Q. How long does my advertisement stay online? A. Adverts will stay online for 4 weeks from the date of posting. At the end of the 4 weeks we will contact you to confirm any required extension. Q. How do I change my personal details or update my advertisement once it is online? A. Many photographers do not mind provided they are given credit for the photo. You must receive permission from the photographer to use their images photos. Q. I only have normal printed photos - how can I get them onto my online advertisement? A. There are two ways to get your printed photographs onto your computer. The first is to scan them and then save them onto your computer, disk or CD and then upload them onto Derby House EquineXchange. The second way is to go to a photographic store that will be able to put them onto a disk for you to take home to your computer to upload. Q. How do I pay for my advertisement? A. Advertisements can be paid for using a credit or debit card over the telephone or by cheque. Once we have received your advert we will contact you to discuss the most convenient option for you Q. What if I sell the horse or item I have advertised? A. When you sell your horse or item that you advertised you can contact us by telphone or Email, and we can either remove your advert or mark as sold. Q. Can I remove my advertisement if needed? A13.
