6 yrs 14.3 hh BlackEbony is a super stamp of cob. Really well put together with a lovely temperament.
He lacks confidence and needs an owner that will be quiet and patient with him. We have trained him and brought him on for the past 5 months and we feel that he is now ready to go to a new home. He is totally non aggresive with other horses and lives out in a herd environment with both mares and geldings. Ebony definately benefits from regular work and long hacks do him the world of good. We hack him out in company and on his own and his confidence is growing daily. He has lovely active paces and is tuned into his rider. He always has four feet on the ground and generally speaking his is non spooky. He is great with all traffic and is well mannered in open spaces. He has the paces and ability to be a great allrounder but he will need to be produced with patience and care. Giving him the time to build trust and grow within himself. I think that Natural Horsemanship techniques will really benefit this lovely little horse. Ebony is genuine horse and for anyone that wants to build a one to one relationship and is prepared to give him the time he needs will reap the rewards in the longer term. 9 yrs 16.0 hh Dark Bay Irish Sport Horse
Max is a super type of riding club horse. He is beautifully put together and has the most adorable and loving temperament.
He is a very comfortable ride and there is nothing strong about Max. He always maintains a balanced and rythmic pace whether he is working in the school, jumping or just hacking out. Max enjoys working in a school environment and he is very willling to learn and listen to his rider. He is not a horse that is sharp to the leg and he is not offended in any way if the rider makes mistakes or is unbalanced. He has the perfect attitude to jumping. He maintains a super rythym round a course of fences and jumps all fillers and walls etc.. without batting an eyelid. I have jumped him round a 3ft course of fences and he definately has the ability to jump bigger courses. He never refuses and he will always jump even if it is not 'the perfect stride'. His previous owner has done everything on him inculding Riding Club rallies, combined training, dressage and xc schooling. He really is a true allrounder and a top riding club horse. He is NEVER nappy and ALWAYS has all four feet on the ground. He can however have the occasional spook- if a rabbit runs out, pheasants flying up at the last minute etc.. However he doesn't bat an eye at riding passed the childrens playground, the village football ground, the house with the large dog that launches itselft at the gate, people up ladders. He is excellent out in traffic and hacks out in company, happy to go first or last and is not competitive in any way. He has regularly hacked out on his own and he is a really good boy. Max is a total sweetheart to handle in all respects and is a very loving horse. He is good to shoe and although I haven't clipped him I have been assured that he is good to clip. .Fred is a lovely boy who is sadly for sale due to lack of time. He has been with me for 3 years and has competed at dressage, done many endurance and pleasure rides and has been to various cross country venues which he has thoroughly enjoyed. Prior to this he had been shown frequently with his previous owner. I feel that Fred would love to hunt and is the ideal type and build to do this. He is a pleasure to own and has no vices. He is excellent in and out of the stable, with the farrier, easy to box - all in all not put a foot wrong in the time I have owned him. He hacks out alone or in company. He is forward-going and is not a plod. He has been out of work for the past 3 months due to constraints on my time. Fred now needs bringing back into work to get him back to his usual condition and fitness. He has been well schooled in the past and is currently wasted with me. I am selling everything to go with Fred including 2 saddles, 3 bridles and a multitude of rugs. I am open to all reasonable offers as I feel that someone can get so much out of Fred that it is essential that he goes to a good knowledgable home with people who will enjoy him to the maximum.
